Below, we are so proud to share our first annual report for TrueNorth 406 Ministries!

TN406 2021 Annual Report
Box 1: Finding True North. May 8th, 2021, inaugurated True North 406 Ministries as an official 501(c)(3), empowering us to answer the call to address and redeem the heartache of relational and sexual brokenness in the Church. As a result, we spent significant time drafting our mission and vision and designing our website to define this ministry and highlight who we serve.

We measure impact when men and women testify to heartache and now courageously journey toward healing, growth, and transformation. We are proud and humbled to share we have impacted 375 beating hearts! This sacred mission was accomplished by hosting and facilitating programs and training, one-on-one pastoral counseling, meeting with pastors and individuals to share the mission and ask for partnership, publicly sharing our story, and a lot of study and teaching. Leading and developing this ministry has been a great privilege.
Box 2: Financials. Revenue totals $38,000, with pastoral counseling donations making up $1,680, and the rest coming from other donations. Expenses total $32,975, with $28,582 going towards operations and management, $2,447 going towards programs, and $1,945 going toward fundraising. There is a chart breaking down donations by month of the year.

Box 3: Website Statistics: 574 site sessions, increasing 202%, 294 unique visitors, increasing 188%, and avg. session duration is 6 minutes and 9 seconds, decreasing 30%.

Box 5: Major contributors: We would like to publicly recognize and thank the Gianforte Family Foundation for their generous operations management grant!

Box 6: Our mission: TrueNorth 406 Ministries exist to engage the needs of those struggling with relational and sexual brokenness to bring hope and healing to individuals, marriages, families, and church communities. We facilitate life-changing transformation based on the Biblical foundations of compassion, integrity, and dependence on God while engaging life stories, offering personal discipleship and inner healing, along with prayer ministry.

Box 7: Our vision: Our vision is to foster safe places for true healing and restoration within the Church. We equip, consult, partner, and network with the local Church to create and support church-based healing culture, resources, and models for integrated wholeness.

We are so excited in the picture below because we presented a workshop to a group of pastors from all over the state of Montana titled; "Redeeming Sexuality: Addressing sexual brokenness in the church." This was a first and it was very well received, relationships built to equip the local church and appreciated!

Say hello to these wonderful men and women who selflessly show up with their whole hearts to staff Living Waters for 22 weeks every year!  Pictured here are Kings, Queens, Prophets, and Priests

A WORD FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Almost a year ago, I started to imagine what TrueNorth 406 would become organizationally and as a ministry. I pictured and hoped that one day of every week, I would spend meeting with women who bravely want to heal and live out their incredible calling.  Today this hope and dream is a reality!  Every week I have the sacred privilege of engaging stories of heartache with several courageous women.

Another dream was to create a local network with churches to share, support, and understand where resources for healing exist within the Church and build relationships and bridges for referrals. While this is still in progress, it has been so rewarding to feel welcomed, encouraged, and receive support for this ministry within our Church community. I will be introducing True North 406 Ministries at the Kalispell Ministerial Association this month, where all of our local pastors are invited.

As we are getting close to celebrating our first anniversary, we ask for your prayer support.  It is so clear that we need to do warfare daily and abide closely with the Lord to do what we are called to do in fulling our life mission of Isaiah 61.

Please continue reading below for specific prayer requests.

Faithfully,

Elizabeth
