Our work is guided by core values of respect, courage, compassion, honor, flourishing, faith, community, and unity. These values shape our mission to build trust with pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders. We support them as they create safe, confidential spaces rooted in mercy. Our goal is to strengthen church communities as they discover that needs and weaknesses are not barriers to God's work: they provide a platform to flourish. When leaders go first to make personal healing a central part of their lives and give testimony to their experience, they model their desire for wholeness. This is what Jesus demonstrated and the way He encouraged us to live when He said, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Our wounds and struggles are not liabilities! The very things we think could disqualify us become the vehicle where restoration and redemption ignite healing, connection, and growth. By demonstrating the value of personal healing, Christian leaders inspire and model to those around us they too can be healed. This generates a ripple effect that impacts and transforms church communities for generations.    Top right quadrant: Financials. The couples and individuals we counseled have brought witness to this truth; telling personal stories of grief, loss, sorrow and anger are necessary for healing and change. Many we have had the privilege to work with have experienced new depths of freedom as they shared and detailed their most significant stories from their family of origin. To this end we have been building relationships and collaboration with local churches to support the fostering of safe places and healing culture within the church. We believe the church is the most trustworthy place for personal and relational restoration and wholeness. In addition, this year has included extensive training for my role as Executive Director.
