Cultivating Spiritual Growth

Every year I facilitate and plan a daylong board retreat. This day includes prayer, assessment of our prior year goals and a renewal of our 3-year strategic plan. It serves as a compass setting clear direction and priorities for this mission. One of the most encouraging discoveries for me as I prepared for our retreat this year is the continued trend toward growth and expansion.

LIVING WATERS
We just completed the eleventh week of 20 lessons of Living Waters Montana! This is our 12th year of discipleship with Living Waters at Hope Church where over 300 people have journeyed with us through their stories of redemption, restoration, and healing.
This is a guided discipleship and healing ministry designed to create a safe, confidential, and grace-filled space where individuals can bring their stories honestly before the Lord. Through intentional teaching, small group connection, and prayer, participants are invited to experience deep freedom, restoration, and a renewed understanding of their identity in Christ.
We have 25 brave women and men who have stepped into their journey and are already sharing powerful testimonies of healing, freedom, and growth. It is a huge privilege to cultivate an environment each Monday night that is safe, sacred, and trustworthy where dignity is protected, and Jesus meets us with His healing sustenance.
APRIL HIGHLIGHTS
• Ministers Fellowship International Conference in Great Falls, MT, is a global network of churches committed to building and supporting local churches. This is where pastors and ministry leaders from the Northwest region will come to be refreshed and equipped. We are thrilled to be invited to do a breakout session about fostering healing within the Church.
• Youth With a Mission (YWAM) Discipleship Training School (DTS) Equip, is a school offerred to YWAM missionary leaders who will pioneer/Direct or staff a DTS anywhere in the World. We will teach and equip these missionary leaders over two days about “Redeeming Sexuality”.
• Great Leaders Training, Gianforte Family Foundation. We will end the month with 3 days of curated training for Executive Directors and David has been invited to join us as President of the Board.
On a personal note
I want to share a family picture taken December 28th, 2025. Our whole family was able to spend a very special afternoon together which is no small feat. It was just a few weeks before our grandson Ronan Clay was due and a month and a half before our granddaughter
Kennedy James was due.
Then on January 7th, 2026 our grandson, Ronan was born! Three days later, on January 10th, 2026,
our granddaughter Kennedy was born! What a gift!
